Yunits handles the personal data of website visitors with the utmost care. This is done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data are treated in accordance with all applicable privacy regulations.
Use of personal data
We carefully process and secure personal data. In our processing, we comply with the requirements set by Dutch and European privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that we:
- Clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do so with this privacy and cookie statement.
- Limit our set of personal data to only the personal data needed for legitimate purposes.
- Explicitly ask for your consent beforehand to process personal data in cases where your consent is required.
- Take appropriate security measures to protect personal data and require the same from parties processing personal data on our behalf;
- Respect your right to request to inspect, correct or delete your personal data.
Third-party disclosure
We will not disclose the data you provide to other parties if you have not given your consent unless required by law or necessary in the context of an agreement you enter into with us. However, to enable the processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned above, the data you provide to us may be shared in-house. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of this data and adhere to the established purposes for processing.
In addition, everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of their personal data.
Privacy and cookie statement
In this privacy and cookie statement, we explain what personal data we collect and use on the website, for what purposes, and how we use it to improve user experience. We advise you to read this privacy and cookie statement carefully. This privacy and cookie statement was last amended on 15 February 2022.

In the contact form on the website, we ask for a name, telephone number, and email address so that we can contact you. We ask for the name of your organisation so that we know who the enquiry comes from. After handling the email containing the application form, it is deleted by the respective employee.

Cookies
This website uses cookies from Google Analytics to collect visitor statistics and compile reports, with the aim of making the website more user-friendly. In addition, following your consent, this website uses cookies from Active Campaign to better tailor our services and marketing activities to your interests.
Google Analytics
Yunits uses Google Analytics to collect visitor statistics and compile reports on them, with the aim of making the website more user-friendly.
The information collected by Google is stored on Google servers. Yunits only has access to the anonymised and aggregated data made available through reports in Google Analytics. Yunits cannot use these reports to determine who you are or where you live. The data from Google Analytics is for internal use only and is not, under any circumstances, passed on by Yunits to third parties.
Opt-out
All data is owned by Google. Google may provide this information to third parties if they are legally required to do so. Read Google Analytics’ privacy policy for more information on what Google does with your information. You can block Google Analytics altogether by installing a so-called add-on on your browser. You can download the add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Tracking (Active Campaign)
We only use the Site Tracking cookie from Active Campaign with your permission. Site Tracking sets a cookie that tracks which pages you view on our website. This enables us to better tailor our services and marketing activities to your interests.
Read more information on Site Tracking on their webpage: An overview of Site Tracking. You can also read Active Campaign’s privacy policy.
LinkedIn pixel
This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversion Tag. These are two analysis tools offered by LinkedIn. LinkedIn uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your site use is sent and stored on LinkedIn’s servers in Ireland. LinkedIn uses this data to create bulk reports on the site use of all users, so it does not include your IP address. The cookie only stores information such as: which LinkedIn users visit the website, which pages these users visit, etc. This pixel also tracks users’ behaviour after seeing or clicking on a LinkedIn ad. In this way, LinkedIn evaluates the effectiveness of ads. Thanks to the pixel, it is possible for us to also show website visitors an ad on the LinkedIn platform. The data obtained is anonymous for us and does not provide us with any further information about your identity as a user.
Security
We ensure that personal data is appropriately protected against misuse and unauthorised access. Our website has an SSL certificate, which means that confidential information is sent encrypted and your data cannot be intercepted. We thus ensure that only the necessary persons have access to this data, that access to the data is protected, and that our security measures are checked regularly.
